Ⅳ. Equipment Introduction
1. Equipment installation plan
l Installation location: behind the filling machine, in front of or behind the inkjet printer
l Installation conditions: ensure the same single-row conveyor chain, and the single-row straight length of the conveyor chain on the production site is not less than 1.5m
l Installation progress: installation completed within 24 hours
l Chain modification: cut a 375px long guardrail gap on the straight chain to serve as the rejector of the detection equipment to reject defective products
l Equipment composition: From a macro perspective, the equipment is mainly composed of detection devices, rejection devices, power distribution cabinets, human-machine interfaces, electronic components, mechanical parts, etc.
l Placement of defective product containers: It is recommended that the buyer make a hard box and install it in combination with the defective product rejection drop position

3. Detection principle
Principle: The tank body passes through the X-ray emission channel. Using the penetration principle of X-rays, products with different liquid levels form different projections at the ray receiving end and display different numerical values on the human-machine interface. At the same time, the control unit quickly accepts and processes products corresponding to different numerical values, and determines whether the liquid level of the product is qualified based on the standard parameters set by the user. If the product is confirmed to be unqualified, the detection system will automatically remove it from the conveyor line.
4. Equipment features
l Non-contact online detection, no damage to the tank body
l The counting method is an encoder, which is installed on the synchronous motor of the chain where the bad tank is located. As long as the digital number of the bad tank is recorded, the rejection effect is not affected by the line body pause or speed change, and the rejection accuracy is high
l It can automatically adapt to different production line speeds and dynamically realize detection
l The detection cabinet and control cabinet are separated, and the signals between electronic components are not interfered by electromagnetic waves, and the performance is more stable
